Symptoms: The Data Workbench Auto-Update
Utility fails to download the update patches.
Cause: This is usually caused by a
firewall or network issue that is blocking the connection to the
Quadrate download site.
Resolution: If the Auto-Update Utility
fails to download the update patches, you can manually download and
run them with the links below in the specified order:
Update From the previously released
version:
1. QAS Patch
2. QEE Patch
3.
Data Workbench Patch
Update From any other version:
1. QAS Full
Patch
2. QEE Full
Patch
3.
Data Workbench Full Patch
You must run all three patches as an Administrator in order to
successfully update Data Workbench.
