After doing an upload in Data Workbench on a fresh installation of the SAP GUI you may see this error, "A required resource was unavailable.", when launching the SAP Logon Pad:
To solve this problem you need to re-install the SAP GUI. Then, before launching the SAP GUI or Data Workbench, you need to set the StartSapLogon registry key to 0. You can download the Qee Registry Patch file to do that. After you have applied the fix restart your computer.
